Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years related property management and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of the recertification process.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a critical team member.
• Extensive knowledge of OneSite and MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares rent increase submissions according to guidelines.
• Oversees site office staff including performance appraisals.
• Prepares annual operating budgets and monitors adherence.
• Manages resident certifications/recertifications.
• Markets space to tenants and negotiates leases when applicable.
• Visits sites weekly to review property operations and issues.
