This roving position involves providing occupancy support and compliance across multiple properties, processing applications, and assisting with audits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in affordable housing, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in property management software systems. Compensation ranges from $60K to $70K with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing, LIHTC compliance, leasing, or property management preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different site environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupancy and compliance support across multiple properties.
• Process affordable housing applications and determine eligibility.
• Maintain compliant resident files and supporting documentation.
• Assist with affordable housing lotteries and lease‑up initiatives.
• Generate occupancy and compliance reports as needed.
