Peabody Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Occupancy Specialist to support occupancy operations across multiple affordable housing communities in the Boston area.

The role involves traveling between properties to assist with staffing, lease-ups, applicant processing, and compliance administration. Ideal candidates will have experience in affordable housing and LIHTC regulations, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing, LIHTC compliance, leasing, occupancy, or property management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with HUD, HOME, PBV, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupancy and compliance support across multiple properties within an assigned region.
• Travel between communities to assist with staffing, lease-ups, and applicant processing.
• Support occupancy stabilization, leasing goals, and compliance across sites.
• Maintain compliant resident files and coordinate third-party reviews.
