Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on excellence.
• Knowledge of finance, labor, and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent communication with team members, managers and guests.
• Sanitation knowledge; BASSET alcohol service training is a plus.

• Drive strategic direction for Portillo's by executing standards and developing people.
• Lead shifts with integrity, delivering hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Meet financial goals by managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Ensure health, safety and food safety compliance per company policies.
• Develop and coach restaurant leaders and frontline staff.
• Oversee operations including sales, inventory, payroll, and scheduling.
• Promote Portillo's brand through local events and community engagement.
• Foster teamwork and a positive culture across the restaurant.
