Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to drive team performance.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and P&L.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction for Portillo’s restaurants by executing operational standards and driving business results through people development.
• Model operational standards and lead shifts to ensure excellent guest experiences.
• Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals by managing budgets.
• Ensure health and food safety compliance through policies and procedures.
• Promote Portillo’s culture, values, and brand in the local community through events and service excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including sales, profits, facilities, inventory, payroll and scheduling.
• Coach and develop restaurant leaders to sustain high performance.
