Job summary

Nobel Biocare in the United States seeks a Regional Sales Manager to guide a team of Territory Sales Managers across assigned brands. You will coach field teams, influence regional programs, and lead the regional sales funnel to meet budgeted expectations.

You will develop annual sales goals, support cross-functional initiatives, and maintain strong customer relationships while traveling to support the sales force in the Minneapolis area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales achievement (quota).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities beyond sales milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales goals within defined timeframes.
• Direct activities of the sales force per strategy and budget.
• Develop and maintain an effective organization through recruiting and coaching.
• Provide guidance to new field personnel for consistent performance.
• Develop annual sales goals and projections for the region.
• Understand and support sales policies and procedures.
• Coordinate field promotions and product introductions.
• Visit customers regularly to promote products and collect feedback.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Report on customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
