Job summary
The Treetop ABA is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead clinical programs across North Carolina. You will conduct FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise a team of RBTs and ABATs in both clinic and home/community settings.

Qualifications
- Active BCaBA, BCBA, QBA or QASP-S certification required.
- North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
