Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking licensed behavior analysts (BCBA, QBA, or QASP-S) to lead high-quality clinical care. You’ll conduct FBAs, design individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs while collaborating with peers for outstanding client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA, QBA or QASP-S certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
