Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy in Charlotte, NC, is seeking BCBAs to conduct assessments and deliver play-based ABA therapy. This role involves training team members and collaborating for quality client care.

The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBAs across NC! We have in-home and in-center opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
