The Treetop ABA is hiring licensed Behavior Analysts to join a clinician-led, supportive team across North Carolina. We offer a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with work-from-home options and a focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA/QASP-S or QBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, reviews, and professional development.

Skills

BCBA/BCaBA/QASP-S/QBA certification
