Hoxton Circle is expanding its HR leadership in Northern California with a hands-on HR Manager who will oversee the day-to-day function for field-based operations in Vallejo and surrounding North Bay areas. You will own the full employee lifecycle, partnering with operational leaders to scale processes as the business grows.

Ideal candidates have broad HR generalist experience, strong employee relations skills, and a solid understanding of California employment practices.

Formación

• Broad HR generalist experience in industrial services or similar operating environment
• Hands-on and owns operational detail
• Strong employee relations and manager collaboration
• Good understanding of California employment practices
• Independent worker who partners with senior leadership
• Comfortable in a fast-moving operating business
• Willing to work on-site in the North Bay area

• Improving HR processes and infrastructure as the business grows
