The position emphasizes establishing routing patterns, presentations, inventory awareness, and collaboration with the Field Sales Manager to open new accounts and meet monthly objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and manages daily routes with efficient planning.
• Analyze account base and identify opportunities; ensure compliance where applicable.
• Deliver professional sales presentations balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintain product levels by restocking shelves where allowed.
• Educate account staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Manage receivables by processing credits and returns in a timely manner.
• Support account openings by developing opening orders with Field Sales Manager.
• Contribute to achieving sales and merchandising objectives.
• Handle customer issues and ensure safe, responsible beverage service.
