Job summary

Uline is seeking a Workforce Forecasting Manager to lead data-driven forecasting for Customer Service across North America and guide the WFM Forecasting team toward collaboration and continuous improvement. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a track record in workforce forecasting and leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to align staffing with demand, monitor performance, and recommend enhancements to processes and tools to drive better business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years in a workforce management leadership role.
• 3+ years of workforce forecasting and software experience, including demand planning and trend analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven workforce forecasts that help Customer Service teams stay ahead of customer demand across North America.
• Lead and develop the WFM Forecasting team, building a culture of collaboration, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Service leaders and cross-functional teams to align staffing strategies with customer demand and business trends.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting processes, tools and reporting, presenting recommendations that drive business decisions.
