Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
Willingness to travel 40‑50% of the time

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales and applications team to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals across North America
Drive pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and funnel management to meet targets
Develop and execute market growth strategies through direct sales and channel partners
Build executive relationships with key accounts and conduct regular business reviews
Collaborate with Marketing to define regional demand generation and market penetration
Analyze sales performance and market trends to drive data‑driven decisions
Lead weekly reviews and coordinate cross‑functional resolution of issues
Recruit and develop talent and foster accountability and customer‑centricity
