Job summary

MSS Group is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead our North American expansion from a home base or Rock Hill, SC office. The role focuses on selling MSS's complete equipment portfolio, including Nitrogen Generation systems and laser gas-related products, to end users and distributors.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will drive business development, manage accounts, and travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Track record of business development with end users and distributor networks.
• Experience selling capital equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5 years capital sales experience.
• Engineering qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximise results and hit targets.
• Manage end-user and distributor accounts; develop new partners.
• Provide CRM North American contacts and communications.
• Prepare monthly CRM reports and sales forecasts.
• Analyze market trends affecting the business.
