Qualifications

• Built or scaled an actuarial practice and/or actuarial software business.
• Experience leading pipeline development with new clients and retention of existing clients.
• Experience running P&L for consulting or market-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the market strategy for North America’s property casualty insurance and reinsurance market and coordinate with global leaders.
• Develop and close risk and capital consulting engagements and transformative tech opportunities across lines.
• Ensure client retention and expansion through successful engagements and tailored methodologies.
• Build capabilities by mentoring and advancing the team’s professional expertise in collaboration with HR and operations.
