WTW’s Global Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business seeks a Managing Director, Head of Pricing & Analytics for North America. You will shape market strategy, build executive relationships, and drive growth across personal and commercial P&C while modernizing pricing, product, underwriting, and claims with AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Built and/or scaled an actuarial consulting practice and/or actuarial software business.
• Held responsibility for pipeline development with new clients, new business and retention of existing clients.
• Experience running the P&L for market moving teams.
• Strong knowledge of the NA P&C personal and commercial lines markets.
• Well-established actuarial network in NA P&C insurance.
• Actuarial consulting experience balancing client delivery with revenue.
• Executive level relationship builder selling professional services.
• Partner with senior executives to define executable strategies.
• Close contracts with clients from short-term to multi-year engagements.
• Cross-functional collaboration across functions, cultures and countries.
• Build and manage high-performing teams of consultants.
• ROI-focused view on embedding AI into operations.
• Pricing levers understanding in professional services and tech.
• Self-driven with teamwork, collaboration and integrity.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
