Job summary

WTW is seeking an accomplished North America Property & Casualty Sales & Practice Leader within ICT Americas. The role sets strategic direction, manages P&L, and drives revenue growth across the North American market.

This executive will deepen senior client relationships, accelerate sales, and lead talent, while aligning propositions with market needs. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this opportunity, and remote/virtual work is supported.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled consulting or software businesses serving the Property and Casualty markets.
• Experience running the P&L for consulting or market-facing teams.
• Proven track record of pipeline development and selling professional services and insurance technology.
• Extensive understanding of P&C insurance operations (reserving, pricing, underwriting, claims).
• Strong external profile with industry involvement and speaking engagements.
• Executive-level relationship building to drive revenue and client outcomes.
• Experience partnering with marketing on go-to-market and account-based programs.
• Familiarity with CRM, account segmentation, forecasting and pipeline governance.
• Ability to define and execute practical strategies with senior executives to close engagements.
• Experience leading AI initiatives in insurance operations.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive multi-year growth strategy for North American P&C in ICT Americas.
• Develop market priorities, differentiated solutions, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
• Deliver accelerated sales targets and build a robust pipeline across the practice.
• Provide matrixed leadership to regional leaders and consulting teams.
• Own growth and profitability through disciplined forecasting and pricing governance.
• Contribute to ICT with alignment to broader business plans.
