Job summary

WTW’s Global Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business seeks a Sales & Practice Leader for North America P&C to drive growth and profitability. The leader will set strategy, deepen senior client relationships, and accelerate sales, with remote/virtual work options and no visa sponsorship for this role.

The role reports to the Americas Regional Leader and requires extensive P&C insurance expertise, P&L ownership, and a track record of building high-performing teams across ICT and client

Qualifications

• Built or scaled consulting practices serving the P&C insurance markets.
• Experience running P&L for consulting or market-facing teams.
• Proven pipeline development and effective sales strategies.
• Extensive understanding of P&C insurance operations (reserving, pricing, underwriting, claims).
• Strong external profile with industry leadership and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive multi-year growth strategy for the North American P&C practice.
• Strengthen client relationships and develop new prospects in North America.
• Deliver disciplined pipeline management and funding of opportunities.
• Provide matrixed leadership to regional leaders and consulting teams.
• Own the growth and profitability, including pricing and margin targets.
