WTW is seeking North America’s Head of Reserving to lead market development, client delivery, and team growth across P&C insurers in Bermuda, Canada, and the United States. You will drive strategic initiatives, shape executive priorities, and originate integrated reserving solutions that combine actuarial expertise with technology and AI.

• Built and scaled an actuarial reserving practice and/or reserving software business.
• Experience owning pipeline development, new clients and retention.
• P&L management for consulting or market-facing teams.
• Senior reserving expert in North American P&C, including IFRS-17.
• Proven ability to sell professional services and insurance technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define market strategy for North America reserving, spanning advisory and tech-led engagements.
• Develop and close reserve engagements, transformation and technology opportunities.
• Ensure client retention and expansion through successful delivery across engagements.
• Build and develop a high-performing reserving team with HR and operations partners.
• Own growth and profitability of the Reserving Practice with finance collaboration.
