WTW seeks an accomplished Sales & Practice Leader for North America Property & Casualty within ICT Americas. This executive will set strategic direction, own P&L, and accelerate revenue growth while deepening senior client relationships. The role allows remote/virtual work with preferred base in a major U.S.

market (US or Canada). Responsibilities include market development, pipeline management, and leadership of consulting and sales teams to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of actuarial and insurance industry experience.
• Proven track record in leading P&C consulting or market-facing teams.
• Strong ability to drive revenue, growth, and profitability.
• Executive relationship management with senior clients.
