Job summary

Kemin is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to partner with leaders and HR to implement learning strategies that build organizational capability at the Lenexa site. You will design, deliver, measure, and continuously improve North America learning programs and serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees.

The role is onsite in Lenexa, KS, offering opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement, and engagement initiatives as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, OD, education, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends.
• Partner to implement global learning strategies across NA.
• Design and execute NA Learning & Development roadmap.
• Design, facilitate and evaluate leadership and professional development programs.
• Coordinate learning vendors and internal facilitators.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Lead onboarding and site orientation for Lenexa.
• Support performance management and coaching processes.
• Provide guidance on policies and employee relations.
