Job summary

GBA Builders is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Lenexa, KS. You will lead assessment, design, development, and evaluation of learning programs to develop employees and leaders across our organization.

You will deliver instructor-led, eLearning, and blended solutions, partnering with leaders to address needs and drive measurable outcomes. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD or related field.
• 8+ years in training and instructional design.
• 5+ years in leadership development training.
• Experience in professional services or construction environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement leadership and career progression programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver initiatives.
• Develop instructor-led, online, and blended learning solutions.
• Oversee ILT delivery and ensure alignment with goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs.
