Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team in West Branch, IA. You will shape and coordinate learning programs across North America, drive onboarding excellence, and support leadership development while maintaining the LMS for accurate records and reporting.

You will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, monitor progress, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 3+ years in learning & development or HR.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and coordinating training programs.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning programs across North America.
• Assist with leadership development, mentoring, and talent development initiatives.
• Administer and optimize the LMS, manage records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure learning impact and onboarding effectiveness.
