Job summary

Kemin Industries is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to partner with business leaders and HR to build organizational capability and drive North America learning initiatives. This onsite role at Lenexa, KS focuses on designing, delivering, and measuring programs that foster employee growth and engagement.

You will collaborate with global L&D leadership, support management on development planning, onboarding, and performance processes, and act as a trusted HR partner at our Lenexa site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in HR/Business/OD/Education or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience (5+ preferred).
• Experience supporting managers on employee relations, performance, development, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends.
• Partner with Global L&D Manager to implement NA learning strategies.
• Develop and execute a North America L&D roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership and professional development programs.
• Identify capability gaps with leaders and recommend learning solutions.
• Coordinate learning vendors, internal facilitators, and learning technologies.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements based on feedback and business needs.
• Serve as onsite HR resource for the Lenexa, KS facility and advise on policies.
