Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Training and Development or related field.
• Minimum two years of training and instructional design experience.
• Experience in teaching or facilitating training programs preferred.
• LMS administration and eLearning creation experience a plus.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.
