Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team, shaping employee growth, onboarding, and leadership development across North America. You will manage learning programs, coordinate schedules, and partner with leaders to identify development needs.

You will also administer Nordex's LMS, track progress, analyze data, and drive improvements while collaborating in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, business, education, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development or HR.
• Experience administering LMS.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with leadership development, mentoring, and talent programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning analytics and data visualization.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
• Power BI or similar reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support learning and development programs across North America.
• Assist with leadership development and mentoring programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, registrations, and program logistics.
• Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and support organizational development initiatives.
• Coordinate and administer New Hire Orientation programs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor and track training completion and onboarding milestones.
• Continuously improve onboarding programs through employee feedback and best practices.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Nordex's Learning Management System.
• Manage learner records, certifications, assignments, training plans, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide LMS support and guidance.
• Maintain learning content and ensure system data accuracy.
• Create reports and dashboards to track participation, completion rates, and learning effectiveness.
• Analyze learning data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
