Job summary

Prysmian North America is seeking a senior IT Operations Service Manager to drive governance, compliance, and PMO excellence across the region. You will oversee ERP security, budgeting, and service delivery, collaborating with HQ and local leaders.

The role requires deep experience in IT governance, regulatory frameworks, and financial oversight, with leadership to build a high-performing team and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US person (US citizen or green card holder).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT leadership experience with governance, compliance, and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ITAR, Law 262, CMMC 2.0, HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance, Risk, & Compliance: Enforce IT governance principles, policies, and methodologies to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Budget Management: Lead the planning and execution of IT operating and capital expense budgets.
• PMO: Govern PMO standards, project intake, prioritization, stage gates, and delivery methodology.
• IT Service Management (ITSM): Oversee total IT & Digital service delivery and daily support.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT governance and PMO professionals.
