Mott MacDonald is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Digital and IT Operations in North and South America, driving portfolio management, budgeting and governance. You will align regional plans with global strategy and partner with IT, information security and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

You’ll lead a regional PMO, own KPI frameworks, manage spend, forecast and value realization, and build trust across stakeholders while fostering an inclusive, hybrid-friendly work

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership of a PMO or portfolio office in a complex organization.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and exec reporting experience.
• Experience establishing governance, KPIs, benefits management, and accountability.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively and influence without authority.
• Experience coordinating with technical and specialist leaders across locations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the regional Digital and IT Portfolio Management Office with accountability for strategy and delivery.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance management within delegated authority.
• Define and operate an integrated KPI framework for portfolio delivery and IT performance.
• Coordinate governance, benefits realization and value planning across regions and functions.
• Provide executive reporting and manage cross-functional dependencies and decisions.
