Job summary

ITW Construction North America seeks an IT Operations Manager, North America, to lead security, systems, and technology delivery for 600+ employees across multiple facilities in the US. You will partner with Corporate IT to align with enterprise strategy and ensure IT supports business goals.

The role oversees IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP and data management, and involves building regional roadmaps, managing budgets, and mentoring teams. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with multi-site infrastructure.
• 3 years as a manager with direct reports.
• 2 years with direct relationship management of major IT third-party vendors.
• Experience in partnership supporting ERP systems.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated accountability for results and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional IT infrastructure strategy aligned with Enterprise objectives across divisions and plants.
• Manage regional IT infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance across manufacturing sites.
• Oversee IAM, security, and compliance initiatives and audits.
• Lead IT operations teams and vendor management for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and report IT performance to senior leadership.
