Job summary

Mott MacDonald Group seeks an experienced leader for the Head of Digital and IT Operations role in North and South America. You will lead the regional PMO, drive portfolio planning, ensure financial discipline, and govern IT and information security initiatives across a matrix organization.

You will report to the Regional Digital Leader, partner with IT and security leads, and shape performance reporting, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership of an enterprise PMO, portfolio office or equivalent operational-management function in a complex organization.
• Strong financial planning, budget-holding, forecasting and variance management experience.
• Experience establishing governance, KPIs, benefits management and accountability across a matrix organization.
• Ability to challenge senior functional leaders constructively and influence without line authority.
• Experience collaborating with technical and specialist leaders and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Ability to translate complex operational and financial information into concise recommendations and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital and IT Portfolio Management Office to cover regional Digital work, IT and Information Security priorities.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting and variance management within delegated authority.
• Define and operate an integrated KPI framework for delivery and financial performance.
• Oversee value-planning processes and ensure measurable business outcomes and accountability.
• Coordinate governance, decisions and reporting with regional leadership and global interfaces.
