Job summary

Prysmian is a global leader in energy and telecom cable systems, seeking a Quality Manager for the North America I&C quality function. You will manage QA programs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance at the plant while coordinating with customers and external auditors.

Reporting to the NA I&C Quality Manager and Plant Manager, the role emphasizes strong data-driven leadership, testing oversight, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Quality Assurance techniques and Lean Sigma tools.
• Strong attention to detail while managing the bigger picture.
• Must motivate and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement programs.
• Supports the plant’s Continuous Improvement program.
• Manages and directs required testing throughout all processes.
• Provides analyzed data reports to support the plant.
• Recruits quality assurance associates and trains them to procedures.
• Responsible for the Quality Management System and external audits.
• Interfaces with customers and regulatory inspection representatives during audits.
• Investigates field issues and customer returns to ensure corrective action.
