Job summary

Hamilton Company seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth across the East Region, including North Carolina and neighboring states, with a focus on automated sample management solutions. You will promote and demonstrate storage products, build customer value, and lead regional strategy.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, ideal candidates reside near Charlotte, NC. Expect travel within the USA/Canada and a base salary of $120,000–$125,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering or business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of field sales experience in life science/scientific products.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• CRM and business development management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead to closure.
• Demonstrate automation products and technologies to customers.
• Provide application knowledge to solve customer problems and create value.
• Represent Hamilton’s storage products and services professionally.
• Develop and manage the East Region to maximize sales potential.
• Travel to key accounts and trade shows as needed.
