Job summary

Hamilton Company seeks an Associate Sales Representative for Process Analytics to develop and maintain relationships with process sensor accounts in NY/NJ/PA. You will identify customer needs, position Hamilton products, and drive annual growth in a technical sales role focused on analytical sensors for bioprocesses.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering, at least one year in Life Science sales, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of sales experience in Life Science markets preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with Hamilton sensor accounts and expand penetration.
• Prospect for new leads via tradeshow attendance, social networking, and cold calls.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet annual targets.
• Travel up to 75% with overnight stays and coordinate customer visits.
