Awin in the United States is seeking a Head of Sales, North America to define and execute the regional sales strategy, drive sustainable new business revenue growth, and lead a high-performing Sales organisation across North America.

You will own regional sales performance, pipeline development, forecasting and commercial execution, while remaining closely involved in strategic opportunities and complex negotiations, building senior relationships with advertisers, agencies and strategic partners.

• Proven track record delivering significant new business revenue targets.
• Experience leading complex opportunities with senior decision-makers.
• Advanced knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting and negotiation.

• Define and execute NA sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives.
• Own NA revenue targets, pipeline, forecasting and commercial outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional Sales organisation.
• Build senior relationships with advertisers, agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Services, Product and Finance on GTM.
• Translate market intelligence into recommendations for positioning and routes to market.
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
