Job summary

LEONI Wiring Systems U.K. Ltd. in North America seeks a high-impact Head of Sales Management to drive profitable growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and build a top-tier sales organization across North America.

You will own the commercial strategy, oversee customer engagement, and lead business development and sales execution with a focus on accountability, commercial excellence, and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales, account management, or commercial leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth and winning new business in a complex B2B environment.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and executive-level engagements.
• Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, claims management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into measurable results.
• Experience leading cross-functional and matrix organizations in a global environment.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
