• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a concentration on performance/direct response marketing.
• Good understanding of global advertising and business landscape.
• A track record of successful revenue growth and the ability to lead a global team and drive business outcomes.
• Experience influencing cross-functional leadership and collaborating closely across organizations.
• Ability to set priorities, problem solving, and multi-task.
• Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring order to ambiguity.
• A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the North America PSO team comprised of Global Product Marketing Managers across our advertising products and verticals.
• Deliver strategic insights to clients that drive higher advertiser value and greater investment in the platform. Cascade these initiatives globally to drive strategies globally. Be a trusted advisor to brands, be solution orientated.
• Build a strong cross functional relationship with Global Business Solutions (sales) and understand gaps and opportunities to accelerate creative excellence and revenue.
• Lead with empathy across Product, Marketing Science, Global Business Marketing, and other internal teams to serve the needs of our clients.
