Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Central Strategy & Analytics Associate for North America Monetization Strategy & Operations, based in San Jose. The role collaborates with Sales and Product leadership to shape strategy, measure performance, and drive growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytics/strategy, strong SQL/Python/R skills, and experience turning data into actionable narratives that inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or related functions in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather, clean, and structure data using SQL and/or programming languages, and BI visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to craft narratives and drive decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner to Sales and Product leadership to drive North America initiatives, including strategic planning, reporting, analytics, and high-impact projects.
• Partner with senior Sales and Product leaders to shape strategic direction, align OKRs with company objectives, and influence decision-making across NA and global stakeholders.
• Identify revenue opportunities and translate them into actionable go-to-market levers through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor business health, track performance, and generate insights to improve visibility and decision-making.
