Job summary

TikTok is a leading platform for short-form video with a global footprint including offices in New York City. We seek an expert in monetization policy to design, forecast, and implement global policies, coordinating with regional MSO teams and senior leadership to align initiatives with company priorities.

You will shape policy tactics, track performance, and drive execution across the organization while ensuring the right level of service for clients and efficient resource management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years or more experience in Sales Operations management or Strategy or digital advertising experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage and support stakeholders in China market
• Excellent critical thinking ability, able to quickly identify problems and propose solutions
• Good communication skills and collaboration, strong XFN coordination, and a proactive style of doing things.

Responsibilities

• According to business development needs, deep dive into client development policies to accelerate client onboarding and scaling.
• Design policies to ensure clients are matched with the optimal level of service, enabling healthy client segmentation and efficient resource management.
• Measure and track business performance, capable of generating business analysis and reporting independently, analyze business market performance, and conduct regular strategic assessments.
• Work closely with regional leadership teams, be responsible for key project plans designing and management, and be the owner of policy implementation.
