ShopBack is seeking an experienced Global Performance Marketing professional to design and execute online media strategies for the North America market. You will work with local teams and regional stakeholders to drive acquisition, retention, and brand growth across countries.

You should be AI-forward, self-motivated, and capable of growth hacking, analyzing campaigns, and optimizing budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for APP and Web products.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proven track record of growth and marketing efficiency in North America.
