Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading construction planning/management projects and teams.
• Knowledge of construction management software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead long-term BES CFS growth aligned with objectives.
• Operationalize strategic plans into executable programs and metrics.
• Drive standardized processes and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Develop pricing and staffing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate across regions to align staffing and capacity.
• Lead and develop the CFS leadership team and talent.
