• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or lifecycle administration.
• 2+ years leading an HR operations or service delivery team.
• Experience with HR data privacy, records management, and internal controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America employee lifecycle service delivery across US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Oversee onboarding, data changes, transfers, and employee offboarding.
• Ensure documented procedures, controls, and audit readiness.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and business stakeholders to optimize service.
