Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Knowledge & Policy Management Manager to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of HR knowledge across North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This role ensures content is current, compliant, and aligned with Workday processes and HR service delivery.

The ideal candidate will own the governance model, manage the ServiceNow knowledge base, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Knowledge management and policy management governance and lifecycle experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise knowledge bases with taxonomy, metadata, search, and self-service.
• Ability to translate complex policy into clear content for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American HR knowledge management strategy and governance.
• Design and optimize ServiceNow knowledge base for findability and self-service adoption.
• Maintain alignment between HR policies, Workday processes, and service delivery.
• Define and report performance measures such as content health, review completion, search success, and self-service adoption.
