Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Operations service delivery across North America.
• Establish priorities, standards, and performance expectations for HR services.
• Develop a high-performing, compliant service delivery organization.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and employee experience metrics.
• Partner with Payroll, Talent, and Total Rewards to optimize services.
• Oversee vendor relationships for benefits, leave, and service delivery.
