Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Knowledge & Policy Management Manager to lead governance and continuous improvement of HR knowledge and policy management across North America (US, Canada, Mexico). You will ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with Workday processes and HR service delivery, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in knowledge/policy management, HR operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience with governance, content lifecycle, ownership, review, and publishing of knowledge and policy.
• Experience developing HR policies across multi-jurisdiction environments with Legal/Compliance partners.
• Designing and operating enterprise knowledge bases, taxonomies, and self-service content.
• Strong writing, editing, facilitation, analytical, project management and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Own NA HR knowledge management strategy, governance, taxonomy, and content lifecycle.
• Define content ownership, intake, publishing, review, and version-control requirements.
• Lead design/optimization of the ServiceNow knowledge base for findability and self-service adoption.
• Ensure policy content aligns with Workday processes and HR service delivery.
• Monitor data and trends to improve employee and manager experience; reduce avoidable contacts.
• Lead end-to-end HR policy management for US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Develop policy architecture, templates, metadata, and records-retention practices.
• Coordinate updates with Legal, Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders.
