- Lead growth and market strategy for Data Center business across North America.
- Develop multi-year growth plan across hyperscale, cloud, AI, colocation, and mission-critical infra sectors.
- Serve as trusted advisor to strategic clients, supporting business development and major pursuits.
- Build and grow a high-performing Data Center practice across North America; support capability expansion in India and other global centers.
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development.
