Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 12+ years of engineering experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure.
• Experience with major customers on complex engineering programs from design through execution.
• Experience across global and matrixed organizations and influencing teams without direct authority.
• Experience developing standardized, modular, or repeatable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center design engineering across the full customer lifecycle, from requirements to execution.
• Partner with Account Executives and technical teams on major hyperscale, neocloud, and strategic programs.
• Develop integrated electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, modular, and digital solutions.
• Connect North America with global engineering teams to bring right expertise to programs.
• Adapt proven global solutions to North American requirements, codes, and execution practices.
• Create repeatable and standardized solutions, including reference designs and modular infrastructure.
• Provide senior technical leadership on tenders, design reviews, and risk management.
• Drive greater use of BIM and digital tools to improve coordination and execution.
• Build regional engineering capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
