This role will be central to growing our North American Data Center practice and support resilient, scalable facilities for hyperscale and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer preferred.
• 20+ years leading mechanical design for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design strategy for major data center projects in North America.
• Develop resilient, energy-efficient cooling solutions and redundancy plans.
• Provide technical oversight across feasibility studies, design, and handover.
• Review mechanical systems including chilled water, airside cooling, liquid cooling, and controls.
• Support pursuits, client interviews, and strategic account development.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with global delivery teams.
