AgileOne Group is seeking a Global Compliance Manager to support North American contingent workforce compliance. The role emphasizes advisory support, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.

The incumbent will drive awareness of evolving NA workforce legislation, manage reporting (including California pay rules), and contribute to compliance training and reference materials. A strong communicator is essential for successful cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for day-to-day compliance enquiries and respond within timelines.
• Provide SME on North American contingent workforce legislation.
• Own California pay requirements reporting and other compliance projects.
• Monitor emerging North American legislation and publish alerts for internal/external use.
• Support significant regulatory changes with stakeholder engagement.
• Represent the department in in-region client implementations and deliverables.
• Assist with training materials, SOPs, and SharePoint maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Global Compliance.
