Boston Consulting Group seeks a NAMR Commercial Excellence Director to lead how BCG grows, wins, and deepens client relationships across North America. You will head a three-person team, shape the NAMR agenda, and partner with regional and global leaders to accelerate growth and implement best practices.

You will build programs for Relationship Excellence, Proposal Excellence, and procurement, while aligning offices, practice areas, and functions.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with 10+ years in commercial excellence or similar functions.
• Experience designing and scaling programs across a distributed organization.
• Proven change management and stakeholder influence at senior levels.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive NAMR commercial agenda across offices and functions.
• Lead a team to enable account teams, offices, practices and procurement.
• Develop and scale programs (REx, PEx, procurement) with measurable impact.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders (MDPs, Partners, CCOs).
• Collaborate across matrix with Global and regional leadership.
